Shipping Policy
Tara The Fashion · Mohanlalganj, Lucknow
1.Where we deliver
We ship to Indian pincodes. Check your PIN on the catalog. An empty PIN list means all India. Some distant PINs may be prepaid only.
2.How long
Lucknow and nearby often 2–4 working days. Other cities 4–8 working days, depending on courier and weather. Festivals can add delay.
3.Pickup and godown
Goods leave the godown they were stored in. The catalog does not show godown address; the order slip and label do after dispatch.
4.Cash on delivery
COD runs on PINs where the shop allows it. You may also pay first by UPI or gateway. A courier fee may apply on COD.
5.Tracking
Courier name and number appear on the order after dispatch. For delay or a missing parcel call 9415632920 or WhatsApp with the order code.
6.Damage
If the box is torn or goods are wrong, send a photo the same day. Shipping refunds follow the return policy.
