1.Buying from the shop

The catalog shows price, photo, size, colour and fabric. An order is firm only after the shop accepts it. If stock has run out, an alternative or a cancel will be offered.

2.Prices and promos

Prices are in Indian rupees. Discounts and promo codes apply when the order is placed. A wrong, closed or expired code will not reduce the bill. The shop may refuse a promo that is being misused.

3.Order and identity

A customer ID, correct name, phone and full address are required. If a wrong address holds up the goods, a re-send may be charged.

4.Where goods leave from

Goods are picked from the shop's godown or branch. The godown name and address appear on the order — not on the catalog. A salesman forwards the order, the store picks it, dispatch sends it.

5.Payment

Cash, UPI or an online gateway may be used. Credit is only with the shop's OK. Dispatch may wait if payment is pending.

6.Delivery

Courier name and tracking are put on the order. Delay can come from the courier, weather or a bad address. Check the parcel on arrival.

7.Responsibility

Salesman, store and dispatch entries stay in the history — who sold, which godown it left, when it was sent — so the record is clear.

8.Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest text lives on this page. Indian law applies.
